Early Redemption of Sirius International UK Holdings II Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda: December 12, 2024 – Sirius International UK Holdings II Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the early redemption of their Floating Rate Eurobond Loan Notes Due 13 December 2049 listed on the BSX.
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.34 is effective today, December 12, 2024.
