Early Redemption of Benson Securities Limited Program and Note
Hamilton, Bermuda: 21 May 2025 – Benson Securities Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the early redemption of the following program and note listed on the BSX:
Benson Securities Limited - Unsecured Redeemable Loan Notes Programme
Benson Securities Limited - Series 1 - 8.00% Unsecured Redeemable Loan Notes due 31 August, 2033
The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 21 May 2025.
