· Endo Finance Issuers - Reg S - $38,319,000 - 9.5% - Second Lien Senior Notes due July 31, 2027
· Endo Finance Issuers - 144A - $1,214,370,000 - 6% Senior Notes due June 30, 2028
· Endo Finance Issuers - Reg S - $46,046,000 - 6% - Senior Notes due June 30, 2028

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, May 30, 2025.
