Hamilton, Bermuda: July 21, 2025 – Shire Leasing plc (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed GBP£1,500,000 - Issue #1 - 10% Secured Medium Term Notes, due July 19, 2025 (the “Notes”).
Redemption of Shire Leasing PLC Notes
Shire Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of July 19, 2025 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£1,500,000 Issue 1, 10.00% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
