Hamilton, Bermuda: July 25, 2025 – White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed T133 - Asagao VII Notes Due July 25, 2025 (the “Notes”).
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, July 25, 2025.
