Hamilton, Bermuda: December 9, 2025 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) announces the cancellation of listing and trading of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ltd (OCN.BH) from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.31. The delisting is effective at 5.30p.m. (Bermuda time) on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
