Hamilton, Bermuda: April 1, 2026 – Artex Axcell Re (Bermuda) Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of their Ltd ILS Note Program II at Risk PI0059 Kettering Notes Due 31 March 2026 listed on the BSX.
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Debt Listing Regulations - Regulation 6.17 (3), is effective today, April 1, 2026.
