Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited Notes GBP£600,000 - Series 45 - Issue 95 – 12.0% Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – April 1 2026 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, GBP£600,000 of the Notes will be redeemed in accordance with their terms on April 22 2026 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
