HSBC Corporate Money Funds Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce recent updates to its Fund Offering Documents, which include the prospectus, application form, and subsequent transaction form.
Effective immediately, the documents have been amended to reflect the following changes:
- Change of Name: The Series AIS Shares have been renamed to Series Sweep Shares.
- Change of Corporate Secretary and Registered Office: Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited has been appointed as the new Corporate Secretary and Registered Office for the Company.
- General Updates: Various other non-material amendments have been made to the documents.
