Rivers Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of May 9, 2026 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£535,000 Issue 49, 9.25% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
