Hamilton, Bermuda – 25 February 2026 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, GBP£300,000 of the Notes have been redeemed in accordance with their terms on 25 February 2026 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
