Voluntary Cancellation and Delisting of BotOptions (UK) plc – Bond Programme

                                                                                

Hamilton, Bermuda:  September 11, 2026 – BotOptions (UK) plc has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the voluntary cancellation and delisting of the following programme:

BotOptions (UK) plc – Bond Programme

As a result, pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Debt Listing Regulations - Regulation 6.19, the programme is de-listed from the BSX effective today, September 11, 2026.
