Hamilton, Bermuda: September 18, 2026 – Wrigley Re Ltd Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the following Program and Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes:
· Wrigley Re Ltd Ltd Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Program
· Wrigley Re Ltd Series 2023-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due August 7, 2026
· Wrigley Re Ltd Series 2023-1 Class B Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due August 7, 2026
As a result, pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Debt Listing Regulations - Regulation 6.17 (2), the securities are de-listed from the BSX effective today, September 18, 2026.
