Redemption of Shire Leasing PLC Notes
Shire Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of September 21, 2026 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£3,135,000 Issue 2, 11.00% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

As a result, pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Debt Listing Regulations - Regulation 6.17 (2), the securities are de-listed from the BSX effective today, September 21, 2026.
