Millennium International Limited announced today a out-off date of 20 June 1997 for transferring stock certificates hold in the old BSL Holdings Limited name. This is the final phase of implementation of the now Millennium name.
The Bank of Bermuda, which maintains the Shareholder Registry listing all the shareholders and the number of shares own, is closing out the BSL Holdings Registry and transferring all shareholdings to a newly established Millennium Registry as bookstock.
Letters are being sent to shareholders outlining the transfer procedure, which requires no action by the. However, any shareholder who wishes to have a certificate re-issued in the name of Millennium will be provided instructions in the letter.
As of opening of trading Monday, June 23, 1997, only Millennium positions, whether bookstock or certificates, will be traded.
