Hamilton - June 17, 1997. Staples Holdings Limited announced today that Mr. William Bedard has been named Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Bedard has over 20 years experience in senior level management and finance positions, most recently as President of a Florida consulting company specialising in finance, sales, marketing and strategic planning. His previous positions include President of Fort Lauderdale College, Division Controller with Exxon USA, Strategic Planning Manager of American Woodmark Corporation, a cabinet manufacturer with annual sales of $160 million, and Controller for a building products manufacturer with annual sales of $60 million.
