Listing of Jupiter Tyndall Specialist Fund Limited

The BSX is pleased to announce the approval for listing of Jupiter Tyndall Specialist Fund Limited (the "Fund"), which is an open-end investment company incorporated in Bermuda. Dealings in the shares of the Fund commenced on 27 August 1996. The Fund joins The Jupiter Tyndall World Umbrella Fund Ltd. which is already listed on The BSX.

The overall objective of the Fund is capital growth by investing primarily in securities listed on the national stock exchanges of the respective sub classes. The Fund, which is managed by affiliates of the Jupiter International Group PLC, has the power to issue different classes of Shares. The sub classes of the Fund are:

1. Korea Smaller Companies Class

2. Brazil Class

3. Mexico Class

Mr. W. William A. Woods, CEO of The BSX stated "We are very pleased to welcome this new fund to listing on The BSX. Listing on The BSX means that the Fund will have international exposure on the leading offshore stock exchange for listing investment funds."
