Mary A. Sousa has been appointed Listing Manager. Ms Sousa is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 15 years investment management experience. She previously spent six years at The Bank of Bermuda in a senior portfolio management role.
As Listing Manager, Ms Sousa will be responsible for vetting all applications for the listing of new issues on The BSX, as well as on-going compliance by listed issuers and the implementation of The BSX Listing Regulations.
Robin H. McPhee has been appointed Marketing Manager. Ms McPhee joins The BSX from Bermuda Commercial Bank where she co-ordinated the Bank's marketing initiatives as International Marketing Officer.
As Marketing Manager of The BSX, Ms McPhee will be responsible for the marketing efforts of The BSX, including public and media relations.
These new appointments brings the total number of full time staff at The BSX to nine, reflecting the significant growth of The BSX in recent months.
