Tyco International Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Hamilton, BERMUDA (December 16, 1997) -- The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TY1) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of two and one half cents per common share. The dividend is payable on February 2, 1998 to shareholders of record on January 2, 1998.
