Obliflex Limited is an open-end investment company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands for which several entities of the Lombard Odier Group act as investment manager or investment advisers.
Obliflex aims to provide investors with the opportunity to invest in a variety of portfolios comprising bonds, short term instruments and, in certain portfolios, convertible securities denominated in a range of currencies. The shares of the four classes being listed are US dollar denominated.
Lombard Odier Invest is also an open-end investment company and is incorporated in Luxembourg with UCIT status. The six classes of Lombard Odier Invest being listed are equity classes. They share a common objective, namely to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through an optimal geographic and industry spread combined with appropriate stock selection.
Both funds are managed by Lombard Odier (Jersey) Limited with the assistance of management advisers from the Lombard Odier Group. The investment manager is owned by the partners of Lombard Odier & Cie, which is one of the oldest and largest private banks in Switzerland and concentrates on asset management for institutional and private clients.
