BSX Approves Listing of Voyager U.S. Treasury High Yield Fund Ltd.
The Fund is incorporated in Bermuda and is structured as an open-ended fund.
The investment objective of the fund is to achieve long term returns in excess of those returns achievable by investing in U.S. Treasury bonds, whilst maintaining liquidity and managing investment risk, credit risk and volatility.
The Fund will maintain a core portfolio consisting of U.S. Treasury securities and other U.S. Government debt, which may include U.S. exchange futures contracts on U.S. Treasury bills and U.S. Treasury notes and bonds.
The listing of Voyager U.S. Treasury High Yield Fund Ltd. Class A Common shares is sponsored by Voyager Financial Services Ltd. The Securities are being listed under the regulations for Collective Investment Schemes.
