Bermuda Commercial Bank Announce Dividend.

At a meeting on November 12th, 1998 the Directors of Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. declared a dividend of twenty cents a share to shareholders of record as of 9th December, 1998. The payable date for the dividend will be 21st December, 1998.

The Directors also approved the financial statements for the year ended 30th September, 1998 and these will be released for public information later today. Directors and staff of BCB may resume trading in BCB shares and warrants effective Friday, 13th November 1998.

The date for the Annual General Meeting has been set for Wednesday, 9th December, 1998 at 2:30pm in the Adam Lounge at the Hamilton Princess.
