Hamilton, Bermuda, 9 February, 1999 -The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the merging of the Deutschmark, French Franc, Dutch Guilder and Italian Lire Classes of the Bermuda Money Funds into a new Euro Class effective 1 January, 1999. The Euro Class of the Bermuda Money Funds was created by the conversion of the previously existing ECU Class of the Funds. As a result of the merger the Deutschmark, French Franc, Dutch Guilder and Italian Lire Classes of the Bermuda Money Funds have been permitted to withdraw from listing at the request of the Funds. The Euro Class of the Bermuda Money Funds has assumed the listing of the ECU Class of the Funds.
