Hamilton, Bermuda, 28 February, 1999 - Bermuda Press (Holdings) Limited today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of their plans to construct a six storey building on its vacant lot located at Par-la-Ville Road.
The company indicated that the new building would have a material impact on its assets and that final determination of the project would be made after an evaluation of suitable financing, tenants' agreements and construction costs. The appropriate information has been submitted to the Department of Planning and the company hopes to begin work on the project later this year.
