Two BSX Listed Funds Announce New Investment Manager

Hamilton, Bermuda, 23 March, 1999 - Bagheera Investment Fund Ltd. and Rosebud Investment Fund Ltd. today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the appointment of a new Investment Manager for both funds.

The new manager is Goldengun Global Investments Ltd. of 41 Cedar Avenue, Hamilton, Bermuda.

The appointment took effect 15th March, 1999.
