Hamilton, Bermuda, 25 March, 1999 - The Board of Directors of Masters Ltd. at a meeting held today, declared the regular semi-annual dividend of 10 cents per share and an extra dividend of 10 cents per share, both of which are payable on 15th April to registered shareholders as of 5th April, 1999.
