31 March 1999 Hamilton, Bermuda, 30 March, 1999 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) was today advised by the Bank of Bermuda that Henry B. Smith, President & CEO, has been appointed a Director of the Bank to fill a casual vacancy on the Board.
