The Company's net income rose from $408,798 in 1997 to $534,507 in 1998. Earnings per share increased $0.11 from $0.36 in 1997 to $0.47 in 1998. Total assets for the period declined to $10,967,317 from $11,319,315 in 1997.
Dividends paid increased to $136,520 versus $39,818 for the same period in 1997 while shareholders' equity grew to $7,199,590 from $6,801,603.
