BSX Approves Mezzanine Market Listing of Amiworld, Inc.

Hamilton, Bermuda, May 12, 1999 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 4,500 Class B Non-Voting Common Shares of Amiworld, Inc. on the Mezzanine Market of the Exchange, subject to the closing of its $4.5 million Private Placement.

Amiworld, Inc. was incorporated in the State of New York, USA. The company was formed to invest primarily in real estate along the Eastern seabord of the USA, but other regions of the USA as well as the Caribbean will be considered. The company plans to acquire properties such as hotels, conference centres and golf resorts lacking proper management. The company will apply its management skills to the properties, establish improved operating performance of the properties and then look to sell them onwards.

The issue is being introduced for listing on the Mezzanine Market of the Exchange which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions which invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.

The listing of Amiworld, Inc. is being sponsored by Voyager Financial Services Limited, a Lead Sponsor, with Tremont Capital Limited as Co-Sponsor, both of Hamilton, Bermuda.
