Hamilton, Bermuda, 14 June, 1999 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange today announced the de-listing of Bermuda Home common and preferred shares. The de-listing was granted as a result of the Bank of Bermuda becoming the sole shareholder of the Company in May 1999.
