Mr Ebbs joined the Bank's Information Systems Division in 1991, and has held a variety of senior management positions within the division since then. He was most recently Vice President, Director of Information Systems. In his new role, Mr Ebbs will have global responsibility for the Bank's Information Systems Division and will be based in the Bank's Stirling, Scotland office.
Mr Fox, a Bermudian, joined the Bank in 1972 and has worked in several departments throughout the Bank. In 1990, he was promoted to Assistant Manager, Retail Banking, with overall responsibility for Retail Banking operations and has held a number of senior management positions since then. He was most recently Vice President, General Manager, Retail Clients. In his new role, Mr Fox will have overall responsibility for Retail Delivery Services which includes the branch network, Personal Banking and Retail Investor Services, Electronic Banking, Lending, and Compass Pension Trust.
