EarthPort.com plc was established in September 1997 under the Companies Act 1985 of England and Wales. The Company operates an Internet transaction portal for clearing multiple online transactions for merchants, including stockbrokers, lotteries and Internet ready merchants. The transaction portal is operated by one of the Company's subsidiaries, EarthPort Transactions Services AG (Liechtenstein).
The issue is being introduced for listing on the Mezzanine Market of the Exchange which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions which invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
The listing of EarthPort.com plc. is being sponsored by Voyager Financial Services Limited of Hamilton, Bermuda.
