Mutual Risk Management Announces Increase In Dividend

Hamilton, Bermuda, October 15th 1999 - Mutual Risk management Ltd. (NYSE:MM, BSX:MM.BH) today announced an increase in its fourth quarter dividend to seven cants per Common Share from six cents in the third quarter. This dividend represents a 17% increase over the third quarter dividend.

The dividend will be payable November 19, 1999 to shareholders of record on November 5, 1999.
