The Fund is an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
The investment objective of the fund is to achieve long term capital growth by investing in a portfolio of unquoted equities of Korean companies, equities listed on the Korea Stock Exchange and equity related securities, including convertible bonds and warrants issued by Korean companies outside Korea. The Fund may also invest in companies and other entities based outside Korea whose income is principally derived from Korea. In addition it may borrow up to 200% of NAV and engage in derivative and arbitrage transactions.
The listing of Primasia Korean Equities Fund (Cayman) Ltd.'s Shares is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The securities are being listed under the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
