HAMILTON, Bermuda, November 19, 1999 - The Board of Directors of ACE Limited (NYSE: ACL, BSX: ACL.BH)) today declared a quarterly dividend of 11 cents per ordinary share, payable on January 14, 2000 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 1999.
