KFC (Bermuda) Limited Announces Share Recall

Hamilton, Bermuda, December 10, 1999 - KFC (Bermuda) Limited today announced to shareholders that the Company had purchased a further 20,000 shares for cancellation, reducing the number of outstanding shares to 617,007 as at November 30, 1999.

The Company also stated that there are still options outstanding to purchase 48,500 shares at $3.00 per share on or before January 31, 2001. These options are the balance of the 50,000 the Company offered to the executive Committee in 1997.

At a Director's Meeting, held earlier today, the Board agreed to pay a dividend of .10¢ per share on January 14, 2000 to shareholders of record December 31, 1999.
