Hamilton, Bermuda, 2 February, 2000 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange today announced the de-listing of the Bank of Bermuda Warrants. The Warrants were issued in 1994. The de-listing was granted as a result of the expiration of the Warrants on January 31st, 2000 at 3:00 p.m. in accordance with the original terms of issue. The delisting was effective as of February 1st, 2000.
