Hamilton, Bermuda:, 3 February, 2000 - First Ecom.com (NASD OTC BB: FECC, BSX: FECC.BH), a global provider of electronic payment processing, today announced that its Common Stock resumed trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange's Over the Counter Market under the Reuters symbol FECC.DE on January 27, and has been assigned the German Securities Code (Wertpapierkenummer) 919283.

First Ecom.com's Common Stock has traded on the OTC Bulletin Board since March 8, 1999 under the symbol "FECC" and in addition was listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, effective Dec. 31, 1999.
