BSX Suspends Series A Shares of EarthPort.com plc.

Hamilton, Bermuda, February 15, 2000 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today suspended the Series A Ordinary Shares of EarthPort.com plc with immediate effect. The suspension was issued at the request of the Directors of the Company in order to allow for the placement of previously unissued shares.

The placement of the shares, managed by Nomura International plc, is intended to provide the capital necessary for the current stage of marketing and implementation of the "e-commerce account system" that the company has developed. This is intended to be followed later this year by an IPO on a major international exchange that would provide the funding necessary to assist the world-wide penetration of the account system.

The directors intend to request the lifting of the suspension of the Series A ordinary shares on the BSX as soon as the placement is complete.
