China Heartland Shareholders Approve Conversion to Open-Ended Fund
As approved by the Shareholders at the Third Annual General Meeting held on 11 December, 1999, effective 31 March, 2000 (the First Dealing Day) The China Heartland Fund Limited became an Open-Ended Fund. Thereafter the Fund will deal monthly on the last Thursday of each month.
