The Trust was established as a unit trust governed under the Trust Laws of the Cayman Islands by a trust deed dated 6 April, 2000.
The Trust is an umbrella trust and is empowered under the laws of the Cayman Islands to issue and repurchase its Units in separate classes. The different classes of Units ("Sub Trusts") will each be linked to a separate investment portfolio. Presently, there are five classes of Units that will be issued and represent Sub Trusts: PGUF-A, PGUF-B, PGUF-C, PGUF-D and PGUF-E. The assets of each Sub Trust will be invested at the direction of Primasia Asset Management Limited, the Manager of the Fund, in accordance with the Investment objective of each Sub Trust.
The listing of Primasia Global Umbrealla Fund is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The securities are being listed under the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
