Hamilton, Bermuda: 3 May 2000 - At the Special General Meeting of Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited held today, the ordinary resolution approving the sale of the Company's entire shareholding in Robert Fleming Holdings Limited to The Chase Manhattan Corporation pursuant to the offer announced on 11th April 2000 was duly passed.
