Shui Sing Holdings Limited was established in May 1999 under the Companies Act of Bermuda. The Company operates as an investment holding company, the principal assets of which comprise significant interests in companies whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The companies are primarily involved in property development and investment, principally in Hong Kong, as well as the investment in and the operation of hotels, both in Hong Kong and internationally. The companies are also involved in construction, civil engineering, building maintenance and construction management services in Hong Kong.
The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange which is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions which invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
The listing of Shui Sing Holdings Limited is being sponsored by FITX Capital Limited of Hamilton, Bermuda with Auram Offshore Limited of Hong Kong assisting as listing agent.
