The Company was incorporated as an exempted company on May 9, 2000 under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation primarily through investment in securities issued by Kia Motors listed on the Korean Stock Exchange. The Fund may also invest in the securities of other companies operating within the Korean auto-manufacturing industry.
The listing of KIA Global Fund is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The Fund is being listed under the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
