The Fund was incorporated as an open-ended investment company in December 1996 under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles.
The Fund's investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation with superior absolute returns by investing in, and actively managing a portfolio of emerging market debt and equity securities and related financial instruments and derivatives thereof.
The listing of the IIG Global Markets N.V. is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The Fund is being listed under the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
