Hamilton, Bermuda, 2 November, 2000 - Conexys, a leader in Communication Solutions delivering an integrated platform with Unified Messaging, announced that the Conexys iComMandTM, was selected for Best of Show at Internet Telephony Conference & EXPO 2000.
The Conexys iComMandTM was selected from more than 100 entries at the show in San Diego that took place on October 4-6th, 2000. Editors and engineers from the conference organizer, Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), judged all nominations based on technological innovation. The emphasis was placed on product's feature set, its ability to work with existing standards and the degree to which it contributes to the development of future Internet telephony products and services.

Conexys demonstrated a live unified messaging platform solution using the award-winning iComMandTM. Conexys also demonstrated iComMandTM's WAP enabled solution and it's text to speech engine that reads users their emails, plays voicemails, and notifies of fax receipt. Other Exhibitors at the Internet Telephony Conference and EXPO included Alcatel, 3Com, Lucent & Cisco Systems.
While in San Diego, conference attendees were addressed on day one of the show exhibit floor opening by Mr. Edward Furtak, President and CEO of Conexys Corporation. Mr. Furtak's address concluded some of the most compelling communication convergence trends over the past several years and those to come.
