Hamilton, Bermuda: 6 December 2000 - Dollar Assets Portfolio (Bermuda) Limited has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that effective 29th November 2000, Mr. Joseph T. Monagle, Jr. and Ms. Patricia H. Rooney resigned as a Directors of the Company.
The statement went on to note that effective 30 November, 2000 Mr. Frank McAleer had been appointed as a Director of the Company and Mr. Mark Cone had been appointed as a Director and Vice-President of the Company.
