The Fund is an open-ended unit trust organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands pursuant to a Trust Deed dated November 14, 2000.
The investment objective of the Trust is to seek long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in the equity interest of companies whose principal business is in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan (the "Greater China Region"). The Trust may also invest up to 15 per cent. of the Net Asset Value in the equity interest of companies whose principal business is based in an Asian Country. The Trust will invest in both listed and unlisted securities.
The listing of ASP Greater China Fund is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The securities are being listed under the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
