Tyco International Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Hamilton, Bermuda Pembroke, Bermuda, December 15, 2000 - The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TYI, BSX-TYC), has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of one and one quarter cents per common share. The dividend is payable on February 2, 2001 to shareholders of record on January 2, 2001.
