Hamilton, Bermuda, 21 December, 2000 - Keytech Limited today filed its Semi-Annual Report with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX), for the period ending 30 September, 2000.
The Company reported net income of $7,119,910 ($3.64 per share) up from $5,712,979 ($2.91 per share) in 1999. Total assets stood at $148,072,437 up from $134,382,986 in 1999.
Dr. James A.C. King, Chairman, attributed the Company's improved performance to reduced operating and financing expenses. Expenses fell to $35,866,026 down from $36,995,708 in 1999. Interest expenses fell from $1,313,224 in 1999 to $1,130,702 in 2000.
